I’m eclectic and quirky, pierced and tattooed, energetic and loving! Here to make the best of your birth experience alongside your birth team. I am not for the couple who wants to fit the mold and go with the flow with no accountability in how they prepare for birth or how they approach their birth. If you are ready to take charge of your experience to get the most out of this once in a lifetime emergence- I am your person. (And I have a massage therapy background so who wouldn’t want a doula who gives a damn good massage?!) Guess I should tell you a bit about me...
Doula. Hype woman-massage therapist-lactation support extraordinaire. Snack dealer for you and your partner. Keeper of birth secrets to keep you comfortable and your labor progressing.
I’m not your grandma’s doula (unless your grandma was a tattooed, Tea and dry shampoo-fueled, straight-talking birth nerd who could recite the entire labor process while ordering a burrito bowl). I’m here to support you, your choices, your instincts, and your messy middle-of-the-night questions.
Why do I do this? Because birth changes you. And I believe you deserve to be witnessed, respected, and held, not just medically managed.
I’m certified, trauma-informed, and deeply obsessed with birth, I’m here for every version of this ride, whether you’re going unmedicated, getting the epidural early, or scheduling that c-section like a damn boss.
Oh, and I cuss a little. But only when it’s called for. 😘
