• 2 prenatal visits where we talk birth plans, help your partner feel prepared with tools to help you, and get you mentally and physically ready to rock your birth

• Unlimited text support from the second you sign on

• Full support during labor, (I don’t ghost—I’m ride or die) through two hours postpartum, assistance with first latch and golden hour. Availability of a backup doula incase of sickness

•1 postpartum visit for processing, debriefing, or just crying about how amazing your little human is and eating cookies

Postpartum Support includes…

• In-home visits (think: baby holding, light chores, emotional triage, learn about your babe and how to comfort and care for this kiddo)

• Feeding support (breast, bottle, combo—we don’t judge here) and sleep guidance

•“Am I okay or is this hormones?” real talk emotional support for the ups and downs, help with other kiddos, pets, household, meal prep and more.

Packages Start at a 4 hour minimum investment for daytime support, 35/hr

• Forget boring hospital classrooms. We get into it. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum- hands on and real talk

• Custom to your birth goals, learn coping strategies, tried and true methods used by midwives, doulas, and traditional birthworkers. Learn how to navigate the modern labor and delivery in hospital, and what to expect and how to advocate

• You’ll leave knowing your rights, your options, and how to hold a solid boundary around your roommate from college trying to visit your baby while you are both still in diapers - let me breathe for a second!
